Thank you for such a delicious dinner on Saturday. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and were thoroughly delighted by the whole experience. Your number has been passed on to some of them.
The risotto was perfect, the Casseula very warming and the Tiramisu was really good by the way. Liz isn't that keen on Tiramisu, but she loved your version.
I'm sure this isn't the last you'll hear of Liz and myself as we'll be looking for the next opportunity to use your cooking skills.
In the meantime good luck with the tv appearances and I hope to see you on telly one day.
